Children’s palliative care is about promoting the best possible quality of life and care for every child with life-limiting or life-threatening condition and their family. At MAPPAC, we aspire to build the first children’s hospice in Malaysia. 

We may start with a smaller scale children‘s hospice but once we have enough resources we hope to realise the dream of a bigger centre that will provide four main services: 

1. Day care activities for patients and caregivers (physiotherapy, group therapy, occupational therapy, art & music therapy, social care & education) 
   
   
2. Respite care for Caregivers (parents or family members who provide care for the child)
   
   
3. Symptom management & end of life care
   
   
4. Parent Self-Empowerment Programme (PASE Programe).

For this, we need RM 10 million to realize the vision. We also require a further RM500,000.00 yearly to run the vital care services. We can only do so with the support of people like you.
