MAPPAC’s activities and projects are supported by donations from well-wishers. Your giving helps us to run activities that help to increase awareness about children palliative care and provide services for families of children with life-limiting illnesses. Your financial support will also contribute towards setting up the Malaysian Children Hospices and their operational costs.

If you require a Tax Exemption Receipt via email, please complete our Google Form at [https://forms.gle/WAb8MeLUgnSWVvG89] and upload your proof of payment (e.g. bank transfer slip) as part of the form.

Please note that the name provided should match the name of the person who made the donation (i.e. the name appearing on the bank account or payment record). If the information does not match the payment record, MAPPAC may be unable to issue a Tax Exemption Receipt.
