Common questions about receipts and e-Invoices
Yes, if your donation is in cash and you provide us the information required by the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (LHDN).
Individuals: NRIC name and number, full address, phone number, e-mail address.
Companies: registered company name, business registration number, tax identification number (TIN), full address, phone number, contact name, e-mail address.
No. The name on the TER must match the name shown on the proof of payment or our bank records, whether the donor is an individual or a company.
You can choose between a manual TER or an LHDN-validated e-Invoice. Both documents are in PDF.
An LHDN-validated e-Invoice is a digital invoice validated by LHDN that serves the same purpose as a manual TER for eligible donations.
We will email your TER during the month following the verification of your donation and receipt of all the required donor information.
